Exhibition of painting and photography at the castle of Baron Maenza (LT)

Even the exhibitions can be one of many pieces to be activated for realize that cultural tourism that is invoked by many to liven up the historic small towns such as Maenza. This activity, however, must be included in a project reaching out to talk to more people, first of all the public and private sectors or the various administrations, secondo dinamiche che tengano anche conto di quanto è stato posto in essere intorno alle attività più specificatamente museali, come nel caso di Maenza con l'isitituzione di quel Museo del Paesaggio che, per definizione, si deve rapportare ad ambiti geografico-sociali allargati.

FRANCESCO GUIDONI. "The different directorates." Saturday, December 4, 2010 Opening hours 18.

different directions. Those that each author could undertake without being bound to a specific style. Because the events that live in our lives can feed more than one mode of communication. Francesco Guidoni let an emotional momentum or urgency of this past are made the subject of his paintings. Even when it reaches the pure abstraction, cause there's always a real input. As the paper is stripped of its structure, leaving sial color and gesture to give shape to his idea. Guidoni has designed the exhibition, in two sections. The first starts with her back to childhood, when, as a child loved to paint. Dragons, fish, tails and sharp teeth rampant defying infinite space without coordinates and the seas of fantasy and powerful light. Short break, a triptych Central collects and conveys the childlike dream in an informal representation, where once again the colors dance to the tune dictated by an emotional impulse. Signs blacks, who knows what legacies ideogram inner creep in this melody of tones, rediscovering a safe place. Any realistic form is running out: we enter the second section of the exhibition. That matter. Polystyrene. This thermoplastic substance has allowed the artist to actually materialize an idea, pain, joy, and vice versa, has been in the abstract body, a face or a common object. Guidoni uses art to challenge his thinking. Duels with it so that it fails to give physicality to the complex framework of the sensations experienced.
